Coytee
If you stay around this forum for a while, you'll see lots of stuff that's way over the top. People using La Scalas for surround speakers, for a minor example If my wife gets her way in the basement, my Jubilees will turn into rear effects speakers [8o|]. I think I'm winning that war... if not, I'm at least holding steady... If (when?) I start to lose the fight, I might need to call in for some backup help so be prepared. SWL
Are the rear speakers elevated at all......or are they the same height as the fronts?
Islander
If my wife gets her way in the basement, my Jubilees will turn into rear effects speakers . What does she want for mains? MCMs or KP600s?
artarama
So I haven't stacked and wired my speakers yet, can't stop listening to them. I did move two each side by side and now have a one distinct right and left channel with two Forte' II's each. I must say the sound is amazing! I am very pleased. With this set up instead of the music being "right in the back of your head" it is out in front and right in the center. Very loud, descrete, reponsive and live. I like it! The cross channel set up was good but this is better, way better. Obviously bigger is better! Thanks Wuzzer for pointing out what now seems obvious. Who knows I may even add a sub!! Thanks to all for their input. I haven't had a chance to try the smaller Lux and Marantz with this configuration yet but am really looking forward to it!
