NOZ Posted June 18, 2010 Share Posted June 18, 2010 So I go to a place near by which is kind of a recycling place that sells stuff that people drop off to them. I find this pair of bookshelf speakers amongst a whole bunch of crap speakers. I look at them carefully, no labels, I have no idea what they are, but the build quality was very good and they are in great shape. I knew they were vintage so I grabbed them. I get them home and open them up and find out they are university. I thought to myself, what a score. NOZ Posted June 19, 2010 Author Share Posted June 19, 2010 Ok, I get them home, and they work perfectly!!!!! The holes in the back are pot adjustments for "Presence" and "Brightness". I took all the speakers out and even the woofer surrounds are intact with no tears.(a little dry though) They sound very crisp and clear. (Klipsh heritage sounding) but do lack a little low end.
