Don Richard Posted August 2, 2011 Share Posted August 2, 2011 I was in Guitar Center the other day and inquired about the Crown D-60 and was told by the sales guy that they were out of production. I looked around the net and saw the price had gone up by a couple of hundred bucks from every vendor I checked. Some sites said something like, "Hurry only 10 left". Moderators dtel Posted August 2, 2011 Moderators Share Posted August 2, 2011 I think it is discontinued, I was told by JC to try the D-75's which are 40 wpc. I was thinking about a D-45 or D-60 because I thought I didn't need the 40 wpc, but found the same thing you did. ? We ended up with 2 D-75's from ebay for like $230 [] and another later from Colterphoto. We got the third from michael because one off ebay started to have a slight hum on occasion, I put in the workshop and it stopped humming ? Who knows what could have caused it.
