Keep in mind that every piece of electronics which you add to the signal path has the potential to introduce degrading factors such as noise. Also, the additional interconnects needed can have a sonic influence as well. I've always favored dealing with room acoustics with mechanical means whenever possible; and since you are going to rely on your ears to make the changes, that may be a better and more cost effective way of dealing with the acoustics.

i used it !

wow

its a LUXMAN afterall !!! :) :)

reducing the bands for the lows 3db to 5db in the 60 to 110 hz solves my room boominess .

this gear is pretty neat .

no noise ,no distortions added . also the bands are functioning unaltered when one of them is changed .

i think , ill be keeping it .!!!

anyone owns a jvc SEA 8080 ? ? ?

Kind of a teaser for Groom, if he is so inclined. I do have a few racks of SAE equipment.......Please continue with the EQ discussion as I have no intention of Hijacking this thread. Please for give me but there are not too many SAE people around anymore......

Back to the regularly scheduled programming.....this was only a test...did you see the Test Pattern or was that an Alien...?
