Not a Klipsch but a Paradimme question

Today I picked up a Rotel RMB 1066 six channel amp to drive my zone 2
and 3 two channel (pool and office). While there I see 4 Paradimme
Monitor 9 V2. They had a mis-matched B&W center and an old Mellir and Cresal
V125 as well; everything looked like it was new but had been in use in
son's HT. I quizzed about the speakerss and got "oh, $200 for the four"
from Mom. Anyone had any experience with these speakers? I have heard OF them but never HEARD them? They were
black BTW.

edit: For that matter are there any thoughts on the Rotel amp I got to drive some no name outdoor and in-wall speakers?

$200 for all 4 Monitor 9's?

That was the deal; if I missed out on a good one by not pressing cash in hand I will more than likely miss out by procastinating but I may call back in the morning and make an "offer". Their garage sale starts Saturday. While the house, location and size of the boat docked at the house were impressive I don't know the worth of these speakers.

That looks like a great amp, very versatile.....

From Rotel:

Category: MULTICHANNEL POWER AMPLIFIERS, DISTRIBUTION AMPLIFIERS
Model: RMB-1066
Title: High Current Six Channel Amplifier

The RMB-1066 multi-channel power amplifier is an enormously
flexible unit intended primarily for use in surround systems and
delivers high power in a variety of configurations. The power supply and
output circuits are configured for exceptional reserve capability and
stability. In six channel mode, the RMB-1066 delivers 60 watts RMS each
(20 Hz to 20 kHz @0.03%THD into 8 ohms). In five channel mode (one
channel quiescent), power increases to 70 watts RMS each measured by the
same demanding standards. Amplifier pairs can be bridged to develop 150
watts x 3 for almost half a kilowatt of output power. Three rear panel
switches (one two-way and two three-way) make bridging easy and also
link the inputs via internal "daisy chain " connections with a single
source, thus simplifying system wiring. Input level controls,
strategically placed between front panel heat sink fins and an extensive
6 LED indicator array ease system adjustment and monitoring. 12 volt
trigger operation and a detachable IEC power cord directly address
demanding custom installation requirements while custom brass speaker
terminals provide full contact power transfer.

Should work fine for the inwalls and outdoor speakers. Nice find! [Y]

A buddy of mine had Paradigm towers that look similar to what you reference, can't remember exactly. They sounded very nice with his Yamaha & Anthem amps setup. He has a great room accoustically. I've since talked him into buying new Klipsch though....sounds better.
