ok, thanks

I was calling "frame" the outer "ring" where the screws are and had only seen it black (in pictures on the net: pretty hard to see a real Cornwall here in Italy)

so... ok: saturday those babies will be here and make my Fi X 2A3 (and me) very, very happy ;-)

Also visible is the gasket (looks like a lighter gray), for when the same woofer is mounted from the rear.

You should like these, and the 2A3 amps should be nice with these. Not a super loud levels, but they should work nicely. I have 2A3 amps on my LaScalas, and love them.

... this is what I'm really curious about: with the 97db RB-81 II I currently have, I almost never need to turn the volume all the way up so... 5db more should mean I will never need to turn the volume 1/2 way up, right? ;-)

(and the single ended kt88s 14W/ch ampli I still use sometimes... makes, with RB-81s, this 4x8mt room's walls literally shake a little before reaching 1/2 volume up =:-)
