jtubbs6117
I have a friend that just recently had his room wired for front HT but did not wire for the rear channels. This was a huge mistake he now knows. He asked me about the option of wireless amps to use his exsting RS 52's. I didn't know this was out there. Has anyone here done this? The two options are Anphony and JBL. Just thought I would post this for him to see if there are people on the forum that have tried it. NOT sure it this should be in the HT section but the item in question is not a klipsch product.
willland
Jeff, I was just thinking about that just yesterday. If it has not been invented, someone needs to come up with wireless banana plugs for just that application. Wireless transmitter plugs are connected to the rear surround terminals on the amp and sent to wireless receiver plugs connected to the speaker terminals on the rear surround speakers. What do you think? Bill
Mighty Favog
Look into the cs500 or cs700 systems. The idea is out there. Just not the aplication for the setup you have. Pretty sure the amp(s) would have to reside at the speaker instead of the front end. Edited January 28, 2014 by Mighty Favog
