willland
The 640A v2 specs at 75w/ch@8ohms and 120w/ch@4ohms. It also has stereo preouts if later on you may want to add an outboard amp. Personally, I think it is pretty powerful just as is. I do not have original box but will guarantee safe delivery. Price for amp alone is $350.00 $300.00 $275.00 $250.00 $225.00 shipped. Thanks for looking. Bill Edited August 26, 2014 by willland

willland
I wanted to add a bit of info to this ad in regards to full disclosure. I assumed most of you "assumed" that this was the same amp I had for sale back in late March but I wanted to make it clear to all and new members who may be interested in the amp. Here is a link to the original ad. https://community.klipsch.com/index.php?/topic/149018-fs-cambridge-audio-640a-v20-cancel-sale-getting-repaired/?hl=%2B640a+%2Bv2 The protection circuitry on this amp is very sensitive and the 640A v2 went into protection mode and would not come out. I sent it back to Cambridge Audio and had it repaired. Two replaced caps and transistors in the protection circuitry section and this amp is as good as new. I have attached photos of the bad parts and receipt from Audio Plus Services which were a top notch company to work with. Even though the 640A v2 was out of warranty, the damage in my opinion was minimal at $120.75 including shipping back to me. With all that said, I am lowering the price from $300.00 to $275.00 to $250.00 shipped. Please accept my sincere apologies for the original lack of full disclosure. willland
The last six US completed listings on Ebay of the 640A are: $250.00, $349.99, $250.00, $199.99, $255.00, $325.00 and some did not include shipping. I think my price is very fair and well within the range of the most recent sales. Just thought I would share that bit of info. willland
I can add some high quality stereo RCA cables or new quality cables for free if that will sweeten the deal for some. Bill
willland
I must move this thing. My new RB-75's are not going to pay for themselves. The price is more than fair for a well received, nice sounding, midpowered integrated amp in very good condition. As mentioned earlier, the 640A v2 has stereo preouts for adding an amp just in case the 75w/ch is not enough for your very efficient Klipsch speakers. willland
Told you the RB-75's were pretty amazing for a bookshelf. HUGE sound. Huge sound does not even come close. Here is a single photo of the RB-75's using my RB-35's as stands. The Acurus A200 definitely has grip on these woofers. Bill
Moderators Youthman Posted June 4, 2014 Moderators Share Posted June 4, 2014 They even make your RF-63's look small. LOL Love the Cherry finish as well.
