Scrappydue
klipsch can you confirm the heights on these speakers for me please. says the 250 is 36.1" says the 260 is 36.6" looks more like 36 to 39 or 40 inches like the rf-52ii and rf-62ii but i could be wrong. picture just makes it look like more than a half inch
Andy W
35-15/16 for the 250F 39-1/2 for the 260F according to my tape measure. So it looks like a typo on the 260F... should be 39.6" not 36.6".

Shodrewken
Scrappy you remind me a lot of my brother in law. He's loves the chase of the next item in his hobbies, doesn't stay idle long, always going onto the next new to him thing.
Scrappydue
Wanna try em out at least. Deals are always out there if they don't live up to what Klipsch has been saying. Then they will go to a new home What I enjoy is that my theater is done. I no longer seek the top of the line anything anymore as I'm set on that with cinema. So living room is my hobby play set. And the wife is pretty good at letting me do what I want

tezster
The width of the floorstanders listed on Klipsch's site - are they the width of the speaker cabinet only, or does it include the width of the base?
Andy W
Thank you sir that's what I needed to know. 260's it is for me! I'm enjoying mine. I've been using the 260's without sub for now - no issues, but the sub will be there soon enough. (R-115SW) The width of the floorstanders listed on Klipsch's site - are they the width of the speaker cabinet only, or does it include the width of the base? It includes the base (both width and height). Subtract an inch for cabinet only width... it's real close to an inch. Scrappydue
Oh is that how it is??? Klipsch employees get stuff earlier than everyone else?
Andy W
No. They are preproduction units that I purchased. If I want production units with a warranty, I have to wait like everyone else.
