colterphoto1
Mine are in my 6 car workshop (1700 ft2), about 20' apart toed in 45^, some 15-25' from my normal work space, and aimed so that when I open a single overhead door to the back yard, they point out that way. On the opposite wall I have two KP201 hung high on the wall, inverted with tweeters down, reversed L/R so that wherever I stand in the shop, I have L and R. Creates a nice sound field.
minermark
4 Double Bass bins stored face down with two horns stacked on each, and they will remain so untill i move out these EAWs. I have room, for one pair or the other, currently shopping for the new diggs.

Moderators dtel Posted July 24, 2015 Moderators Share Posted July 24, 2015 (edited) spaced 24' apart toed to my listening position about 13.5' away. Exactly the width of our room but we sit a few feet further back. The do tend to make almost everything else sound small. minermark
Temps at 100+ and now smoke has come in from "one" of our local fires in the hills. SO, no refinishing till next week, project hold.
minermark
So today i finely got to strip the second and final Bass Bin. Found something iv not seen in years, fuse holder solder tab had the Pos wire going to it but zero solder, and loose/flopping around. Reinforces my reason for NOT powering up anything i buy used, before i have a looksee inside. Yeah my camera is wacked out......kind of blurry.
