Arrow#422
http://chicago.craigslist.org/nwi/ele/5483095985.html Not mine. A bit high. The F-1800's don't come up often. (R is for remote) Although its an earthquake in a box, the smaller 15's can be had for about $200-300 each Its probably 20 +/- years old too. japosey
Look's like the Ebay listing expired with no buyers. I bet it gets relisted soon. I'd buy it if I could find another at that price.
Arrow#422
I thought, and now have confirmed that the Ebay listing was for an IN-operable / parts only unit: http://www.ebay.com/itm/VELODYNE-F-1800RII-18-SUBWOOFER-Cabinet-Remote-Control-and-User-Manual-/291680631520?hash=item43e9853ae0%3Ag%3ATQcAAOSwLN5WiCuS&nma=true&si=rRbwEMOShkUH1AG1V3dj3B5ozl8%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
japosey
Oh! I guess I didn't read the listing. That's too much for an inoperable unit. Just for reference I own 2 F1500's and have bought and sold several more. I've paid no more than $300 for any of them and have sold them for $300-$350. I would estimate the value of an F1800 to be in the $400-$500 range.
Arrow#422
Found another in Fort Collins - Colorado for $500: http://fortcollins.craigslist.org/ele/5486584868.html
jjptkd
I've had the FSR-15 before, thought it worked well with my Chorus II's. I believe I paid $300 for it? I've always wanted to try one of the Velodyne 18's, don't have the room for one at the moment though..
