Karsoncookie
I really miss the header we had at the top that showed the most recent posts W/ the immediately recognizable avatars. By my recollection, there was showing approx 20+ of them. It showed, to me , in my opinion, the recent activity much better than the stack on the right side, without immediately recognizable avatars, AND, less than the 20+ approx I recall. Don't mean to be troublesome, just my feelings. And, it seems to me overall activity - postings - has decreased. Still diminished excitement for me anyway. teaman
I agree Lars. The new forum has sort of lost me....and my interest. Tim
tigerwoodKhorns
Same here, I liked the old header. Much harder to follow the new one. It also shows all posts so if a thread is popular, it dominates the summary. And for some reason, when I log in the nice black background disappears and I get a white background with round avatars. mustang guy
What happened to the Klipsch Q&A forum? I thought that was a good subforum. It confused some folks because of the sort voting issues, but that is a learning curve problem. I think it should be brought back with an announcement and explanation of how it works. It was cool! The Activities tab is still very slow. I just timed 3 of the pages I use most commonly with the following results: (All Activity) https://community.klipsch.com/index.php?/discover/content-posted/ 19.5 seconds (My Activity Streams/Content I posted In) https://community.klipsch.com/index.php?/discover/content-posted/ 15.8 seconds (Unread Content) https://community.klipsch.com/index.php?/discover/unread/ 14.3 seconds I tried the same logged out and got: (All Activity) https://community.klipsch.com/index.php?/discover/ 1.2 seconds The while logged in links and times are all results from SQL queries (PHP?). 15-20 seconds is a lifetime in SQL terms.
