I was goint to use it in the bedroom but the wife says no more $$$$ on new speaks so i thought i'd offer it up here to my fellow Klipsch fans. $500 obo. jwadd21 Posted September 16, 2002 Share Posted September 16, 2002 I find it hard to believe that no one knows whether or not the warranty is valid without the warranty card. it would be a big difference if I could use the warranty for another 17 months. of course, there is no way to use the warranty without receipts as far as I know. do you have the receipts? The reason I am not jumping on this is because One Call is selling BRAND NEW units WITH the 2 year warranty starting the day you receive it for just $77 more than you are asking. I just looked at their website and they are showing $899-10% if you order now, so not sure where you got $577 from but it sure sounds like a good deal. I know they are authorized, so I think the receipt SHOULD be enough. Hello, I show that your unit was purchased 2/08/02 and is warrentied for two years from that date. I do not believe the warranty is transferrable but you may ask Harman Kardon directly by calling 800-422-3005. OneCall 800.340.4770 Maybe that will help you.
