Cornwall Serial Numbers 1959 ?

Recommended Posts

Is this the second speaker off the line in 1959 the start of Cornwall production? Or is this the one hundredth and 2? BTW, I am looking for a matching mate for this speaker.

Thanks

That is a fantastic piece of Klipsch history in amazing condition! Museum quality! I wouldn't be surprised if the Klipsch company inquires about purchasing it. I don't know if you'll be able to find a match - especially all original in that condition, as early vintage Cornwalls are exceptionally hard to find. Thanks for sharing!

I would welcome a call from Klipsch, especially if I can't find the needle in the haystack Cornwall #1 or #3. I know, i'm dreaming.

That's still gotta be one terrific-sounding speaker with a phenomenal midrange!  SAHF and a 15WK:P

Beautiful!  One of the most beautiful Klipsch designs, IMHO.  I'd set it up in a mono configuration.
