 K-792-KP driver is what is supposed to be in there and your picture is not one of those.

These are Def all original.  Drivers just aren't labeled.  Grilles and screws 100% IMO are the first time coming apart.

These are not KP-250. Does that matter for the drivers?   Are they the same?   Can't find info on this specific set....

K-79-K it is. Had to dig through my files for this one. It is hard to get decent info on some of this pro gear.

I replaced my original diaphragms with the titanium's from  Bob and it made an amazing difference in both sets of 250's and on my Cornwall 2's.

I swapped entire tweeter and horn assembly and I know it will make a nice difference as well.
