The 15" pro woofers I've used sound terrible out of the box. Very thin sound, no punch. I think mine were Eminence (not the Kappa 15-C) and they were great after a month of playing them. As for shipping I had a guy sell me a couple of Umax 15's sub drivers, I think from Cal, I am in WV. We agreed on $250 without checking shipping which the Seller covered. He told me later shipping was about $150 because they were heavy and in a non-standard sized box. MEH Synergy Posted November 18, 2019 Author Share Posted November 18, 2019 Yeah, every time I check shipping for anything over 10 pounds now it seems (that isn't USPS flat rate), it's stupid expensive.
