Bellooch
Good evening. I've messaged Klipsch with no response... I thought MAYBE you would have an answer for me. The binding posts on this speaker... have no holes for banana plug. THIS PDF, says "ROBUST INPUT TERMINALS Single 5-way screw terminals accept banana plugs or bare wire up to 12-gauge for flexible, lasting connections while the vibrant color coding provides easy set-up and connection." Must I pry the top plastique out of the binding post? Weird. I've added two images. One is my 600M. The other... is a rando image of where banana clips go... but you know that. Help please. Thank you in advance for your responses.
TasDom
The plastic plug on each post will pop out for banana plug use. Use a small flat screwdriver or a knife to pop them out.
wuzzzer
You're already using bare wire which is the best connection in regard to signal purity. Why do you want to use banana plugs?
glens
I understand the plugs are required for parts of the world that use mains connectors of similar nature. Likely cheaper just to install them in everything than to keep stocks of two part numbers. Crazy, I know...
