Klipsch The One ll Phono Tabletop Speaker

Hi wonderful people,

I just purchased last night the i I’ve mentioned speaker from a high end boutique exclusive dealer in Milan, Italy... no just kidding got this wonderful speaker at Walmart believe it or not; and I am having trouble. 
when I choose to play a different song or even if the music app itself simply glides into the next trac, the speaker goes silent. I am using the iPhone 12 Pro along with iTunes. I turned off Airplay and still nothing helped to resolve this issue. 
 

what shall I do? Is this a sign that degenerate poverty stricken commoners such as I, needeth not dare to venture into the murky real of high-end quality audio?

I'm not familiar with Apple devices.  Have you tried other music sources like YouTube to see if they do the same thing?

Are you using Bluetooth or cable?

By update do you mean the phone itself ? I am not aware of being able to update any of the software that may or may not come with the speaker.

Yes I have experienced the same using YouTube. Very strange issue. Perhaps I should just return them and try another?
