Peacemaker Posted August 7, 2021 Share Posted August 7, 2021 SOLD I purchased these speakers from a forum member a couple of years ago because they were highly rated by members of many forums and they did not disappoint. I'm only selling because they've been replaced with Klipschorns. These speakers were manufactured in 1980 and have the original factory applied Mahogany finish. They are structurally solid and sound awesome, with no sidewall resonance. They do have a few minor chips and scratches that gives them a tremendous amount of character. The grills are in excellent condition with Jubilee pie badges and the factory installed black Heritage grill cloth. Drivers: Crite's CT120 tweeters and A55G midrange, K33E square magnet woofers. New mid-driver horn O-rings. All drivers are fully functional. Crossovers: ClarityCap CSA capacitors, AA mod, 13uf to 6.8uf, tap 4 to tap 3 on TA2 autoformer - taming the midrange. The mid horns have been damped with Dynamat which was applied over blue painters tape so the Dynamat is easy to remove, if desired. These work great with tube amplifiers and solid state gear. $2800.
