SCOOTERDOG Posted December 20, 2002 Share Posted December 20, 2002 Anyone take a gander over to the AVS forum? I was in the speaker forum and let me tell you, it's brutle. There are so many Rocket Speaker fans I wanted to barf. Anyway someone ask a Q on klipsch so I jump in. Nesxt thing I know people in there are touting these master blaster Rocket speakers. Even the president of the company is writing stuff. Thank goodness there were a few Klipsch fans on board.This guy didn't even know that the Heritage line was back in production. He commented on how great older klipsch were but thier line was as good or better then the RF line. Maybe they are. I had to set these people straight that the Heritage line has and continues to out last anything currentley in production and that the sound quality still remains highly regarded even when you speak of the so called $40,000.00 speaker systems out there. I've more or less given up trying to convert people on other forums to the joys of Klipsch - my skins a bit thin for this. Also, I find the opinions of the Klipsch forum much more valid in terms of what is good for my system. Asking a B&W owner what electronics work best is worthless to me, since that advice doesn't apply to me as a Klipsch owner. Yea Scooterdog, I know what you are talking about.If anyone here ever thinks we are getting too abrasive try dropping in on the forum where they are discussing those speakers.I look in once in a while to the AVS's speaker forum for a laugh.
