SteelerFan
Was just wondering what people thought about the subject. I just bought a pair of RF-7's and the first 2 pair had consecutive serial #'s but had to go back because they were damaged. The 3rd set are in good shape but I've noticed they do not have consecutive #'s. Salesman says it means nothing because they can be bought singly. Should I just forget and enjoy? JasN00b
of course as long as the serial numbers are authentic klipsch serials... nothign else matters just enjoy >=)
HornEd
The only place where genuine Klipsch serial numbers are important is where slight changes have been made in the production line... consecutive numbers are a greater assurance that the speakers are identically matched. But, in the main, any difference is likely to be extremely small... and Klipsch generally adds something (i.e., II) to designate production line shifts. So, bottom line, not to worry... it's time to ENJOY! -HornEd
lynnm
Consecutive serial #'s mean dick all when dealing with a series that has been in production for only a couple of years! Just enjoy them.
Stephen328
my Rf-3 serial numbers are 4 digits apart. Holding up great and sounding better than ever.
