Southern Posted June 30, 2023 Share Posted June 30, 2023 I have the same receiver and occasionally the LR surround does not work. The fix is to smack the top of the AVR fairly hard (like smacking the side of an old tv set to get it to work) maybe several times. It tends to go out after playing live concert volume levels for an extended period and my theory is that there is some electronic device inside that overheats. I just didn't want to pass on anything not working correctly. I also fixed the remote. It turns out it just needed a good cleaning. I took it apart, cleaned it, and it works good as new now!
