Or, you can always keep them if you ever sell your speakers, as someone might want to use them. However, then you will end up storing the bases for years and years wondering why you just didn't sell them a long time ago. Klipsch know different strokes for customer so, would go with what works for an individual. Maybe lost in translation but, what is the issue, or non-issue...degree of slant or other.
