JasN00b Posted February 8, 2003 Share Posted February 8, 2003 ghetto-rigged subwoofer project is a success. take one guitar amp... two fisher floorstanding speakers with 15" woofers and some lamp chord= boom boom lol... i want an SVS >=( well i have to say its better than nothing... it has usable output levels in my room... doesnt go very low... but its better than nothing. i just watched some LOTR for the first time with any sort of low-end and i feel like i just took a hit in a football game, phewwww oh well... this summer i'll be working and will be able to save up enough to either buy an SVS CS-Ultra or build something Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

JasN00b Posted February 8, 2003 Author Share Posted February 8, 2003 lol i spose it wouldnt be as funny to you guys as it would to someone who lives around here... but we live in a very rural area, we dont have sidewalks let alone blocks. but a lotta kids think they are ghetto... so its amusing to make fun of them. but yes... i'm sure it does impress the "pimps" around here... lol thats whats nice about this place though... the nieghbors are about 150 feet away from my house, so i cant really disturb them >=) although my mom has been worried i would when i was stress-testing my promedias one day *chuckle* Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
