lynnm
We bought this place after drooling over it for something over twenty years ! Front of House Wraparound verandah 3 Huge Colorado Spruce 1 Big Weeping Birch 1 Fairy Leaf Caragana Sideyard 70' of mature caraganna hedge bordering on Town property lined with ornamental crab trees ! Backyard. Newly added 10 X 14 porch with roof. ( So often folks will stick a deck on the back of an old house and predictably the result is that the deck looks like an afterthought). For my part a 1909 bungalow should have a back porch that fits architecturally or none at all. Crabapple Tree Apple Tree 2 Mayday Trees ( a Lilac relative which blooms a little earlier with white blossoms and an intense lilac scent) Catonia Aster Hedge We love it !!
