IndyKlipschFan
This "project" is a little rough around the edges. But if in a Home theatre possibly in the right situation... (e.g.hidden..LOL) These might be one heck of a find if they can be bought cheap. Make no doubt about it, they look rough. They have no Crossover to speak of, and no drivers. To bid them up might be silly....But for the hobbiest might be fun. Obviously someone else had the same idea some time ago. They are clearly in front of a storage place door. Buyer beware, what you see in this case might be what you get.
JohnA
You know, those would make DANDY speaker stands for my rear Heresies! I could paint them to match the walls and Cathy would not notice for maybe 6 months!

khorn58
I am thinking of bidding one these as they are only 10 miles form home I can use them as subs for my pro lascalas with my band Anyone ever built portable corners for live sound use? I long to put together a tube poweedr live sound system.
khorn58
Well I lost out on the bidding I only wanted them If they were cheap, got out bid by a buck!! Still I think the one real cabnet, which looked to be in real nice, was a steal at the 256 they both sold for. You dont see orig style D cabs unfinshed to often most were covered or painted at some point. Btw the one real one look like it was a 62 vintage cabnet. My industrial lascal tops could have fit right on top of these for quick use as they have the crossovers in them, would just have needed some 15's.
