Daddy Dee
Bummer. In Arkansas, where we were out of power for days and days due to an ice storm a couple of years ago, the electric utilities have gotten alot more serious about keeping trees trimmed around power lines. They don't even ask permission... just go in and trim as needed. Makes for some funny looking trees, but hopefully more power in bad weather. ricktate
Get some Aladdin mantel lamps,,,give good light and heat we use them all the time in ice storms here, besides that they are just cool and you can buy new ones still....also look into solar power,,inverters and panel prices comming down alot last ten years,,,,could get off of grid and tell power company bye bye...rick
Bruinsrme
Howard County, one would figure with the amount of $$$$$ in that area and the tax rates, electrical service would be somewhat dependable. Either that the loaded folk in Columbia are using more than their fair share.
garymd
It's probably all the rich folks in Clarksville (like my brother). Columbia is almost all underground. All is back to normal, Redskins losing in the last minutes, wife and daughter fighting, son calling for money, etc. It's like nothing ever happened.
