You print out the form ( in pdf format ) and make a sketch of the room and the gear / furnishing on the graph paper (pg 2 of the form) and then fax it to their offices. You will then receive an e-mail or fax from an auralex consultant within 2-3 days with suggestions and product recommedations. Btw, the website is www.auralex.com. I am in the process of moving my HT/Listening room to a slightly larger area and intend to consult these folks for room inprovements. Even got the little Mrs. on my side on this.
