Scp53
thats gonna be wicked . your gonna **** your pants . Im jealous your even considering it. I have NO money/room for something like that. when you do build it make sure you fasten everything down in the house and your neighbors house(s) too. scp53
D-Rex
Dual Tumults?!? This I gotta see! Take lots of pictures when you do it!
Rdmarsiii
Dont worry. I'll takes lots and lots of pictures. Before I even start, though, I need to put a lot of internal bracing in. Dont want it exploding, lol.

Given the cost of building dual tumults... i don't see why you wouldn't build a proper box for them?? The existing furniture you are considering will be of compromised volume, compromised construction, difficult to retrofit bracing, and isn't of any particular architectural value. I'm not trying to put down your idea, but I'm sure you can achieve better results building one yourself (or getting it made by a pro) than recycling the copy bin. But that's just me... prodj101
I agree with formica. It would be easier and result in a much higher quality end product to build from scratch then to try to build out of office furniture.
