J.4knee
Me too very intriguing, I just e-mailed Trey about these. One would work well for my rear center if they are Heresy II equivalent. If they are anyone intersted in the other one if I bid.

I'll have to do a quick budget recon though but I'll send you a PM and let you know.
Frzninvt
They are identical to the Heresy II with the exception that they have no tweeter in them, just a woofer and a midrange. They can be modified to run 3-way by adding the tweeter. I think the crossover already has the leads for it. The hole is there just covered. You would have to purchase a pair of K-76K tweeters for them to make them full fledged HII's.
psg
Sounds like a pretty cheap way to get Heresy's then... Someone should pull the buy now trigger before it's too late!

J.4knee
Here is the info I got from Klipsch: Hi Jim, The TH-SR2 was essentially a Heresy I or II depending on the year, that did not have a tweeter. If the drivers in the cabinet are mounted like your H II's, the specs would be the same without much output above 7,000 Hz. They were built before full range Dolby Digital was out, back in the Prologic days and the specs on out put from the surround channels was about 80 to 7k. there should be a cut out line where the tweeter would go, but I can not recall if the crossover is set up for the tweeter. If you want to make this a full range Heresy and it is the II, you would need the tweeter and more than likely the H II crossover network as well. I do not have spec documentation on either the H I or H II TH-SR series. I have checked with Hope as well" I beleive I will pass on this, don't want to rebuild another network I have 4 I need to do that to already.
