IB Slammin
Looks like they could go for a fair price. Damn, wish I hadnt jumped on the MQ60's so soon! Terry
nicholtl
How much did a pair like that MSRP and street for? Gotta love the fact that the seller chooses to put them on Grandma's doily for display. I could've chosen a thousand better places.

Damn, wish I hadnt jumped on the MQ60's so soon! Terry---------------- Terry, How have those 60's been doing ? No problems I hope. ---------------- Craig, They are up, running, and sound great, but very different to my SS ear. They are my first tube power amps, so I am still absorbing, evaluating, and learning. In my under educated tube opinion, they are far above entry level units. I ran the pots up a bit and now get high 90's db even with the mod Holman SS preamp. (but not 120db+) Sound stage is wondrerful, and has a new meaning to me. Will look for a tube preamp soon. The 60's have a nice bottom punch, but not the slam of 440wpc SS M-117's. I am doomed to bi or tri amping I think. The work that you did on them, and considering the lack of information, was outstanding. The best thing for me was that I knew you "had my back". Many thanks, Terry
