ironwoods
Hey, clearly you're no amateur photographer. Is that the "cross-over" in the upper left hand corner? Looks like Colterphoto has some competition. Your pix have to be on a remote hosted server.(always on- line) Usually provided by your ISP. 3dzapper
Try hitting the attach file button on the upper left of the "reply" screen here. The pic's will upload to the Klipsch server and we can view them. To put them on the front page: http://forums.klipsch.com/idealbb/files/image.jpg You have to replace the outside <> with [] (the key next to the P on your keyboard because if anyone tries to put it in correctly, it vanishes). Then go up and copy and paste your picture name in the upper right to replace the "image.jpg" in the phrase. What I have done is to save that phrase in Notepad. Then all I have to do is open Notepad and copy and paste. Hope this helped. I'm better at doing things than explaining them. Rick
3dzapper
See what I mean by disappear? img/ /img < >http://forums.klipsch.com/idealbb/files/image.jpg< > Put the img/ and /img down where they belond between the brackets and replace all the <> with []. greg928gts
To put a picture in a post, first upload the picture by clicking on "Attach File". You can browse through your photos on your computer and upload them to the Klipsch server. It's always nice if you resize them first so they aren't huge. I usually use a 5" to 7" wide picture at 72dpi. Then, in your post, you put this line: img src="http://forums.klipsch.com/idealbb/files/$$$" border="0" You must type this line with brackets like these [] on each end of the line. I can't type it in that way because you won't see the line if I do. Where you see the $$$ in the line above, this is where you put the photo name exactly as it was uploaded. Like this: PWK Jubilee.jpg It's hard to explain this, much easier to do! Why isn't there a place on the forum for people to learn how to do these things? fini
Johnny, Save the HTML code somewhere on your computer, so you don't have to remember it, or type it in every time. Here are the simple-to-follow instructions on posting images (and links...like this one)!!
