DRBILL
Hello Kalles, Welcome to the Forum. Your English writing is excellent. Before long, you will be giving us much needed tips on grammar! There are a number of members who make a specialty of deciphering Klipsch serial numbers. I predict that before 2100 (your time) you will have your answer. This is an interesting Forum from which much can be learned. It is almost like a family or fraternity. We sometimes disagree and yes, sometimes forget our best manners! It is because we have passion for the subject. Let us hear from you often. And tell us something about yourself. DRBILL
SilverSport
I think this link should get you there... http://www.progressive-engineering.com/klipsch/klipsch_date_codes.htm If your "6" is in fact a "G" it might be 1968??? I hope this helps...good luck and welcome! Bill
edwinr
Hi. Welcome. Congratulations on your Klpschorns. Where did you get those numbers from? Are they taken from the Klipsch sticker? I have a list of the serial number formats. But my list only gives dates of manufacture for certain serial numbers. Can you check the sticker and state that number please? WMcD
This sounds like shameless self back patting. Ahem. I've posted all the reviews of K-Horns that I know of. You can use the search function, select technical questions, and search for the term "article". Two are in French. That is about as international as reviews go. (BTW, can anyone out there give us a translation.?) You will find them all good reading. Gil

Champagne taste beer budget
Welcome to the forum! A lot of good people here, with a lot of good information. Here's a link to a full breakdown of all the Klipsch serial numbers. It's on the server, so you can bookmark it for future referance if need be. Thanks to mobile homeless. It looks to me like your Belles were produced the 3rd week of June, 1987. Not sure on the Khorns, unless, as was mentioned, the 6 is actually a G, making them 68's. Hope that helps some.
