NaO
I found a pair of N.O.S. Electro Voice SM120A midhorns at an audio store in Manhattan. Although I tried once, I prefered original metal horns. Then, I'm thinking to sale them and would like to know if anyone here want to take them. It will come with a Manual.

BS Button
I looked and looked and looked at a similar pair on ebay last week. Will the Klipsch screw in drivers fit? And who was they guy that designed these?
WMcD
Yes, they take the normal screw on driver. I had offered a pair for sale last week in general questions. You will find the spec sheet there. The design is attributed to Don Keele. Gil
D-MAN
This is a patent by Mr. Keele for Electro-Voice concerning a midrange horn design. DM
djk
That patent is for the 'Great White Whales' AKA the HR series horns. They sound great crossed at 400hz, but are even bigger than the Altec multicells.
Shock-Late
i use a pair in my laScalas. To me they sound WAY better than the stock K400 horn, but they would require some x-overs levels adjustements to sound at their best since they are less "hot" than the K400. You should give them a second chance. Why not trying them out with ALK crossovers?
