NOSValves
I hate to come off as negative. But there was maybe a handful of components and a few speakers that looked even remotely interesting to me. Craig

D-MAN
Looks like they're still spinning gold out of ****! Add a nice veneer and HEY, you're HIGH-END! I am really TIRED of the tall-and-skinny speakers. They have to SUCK - it's physics. Very few horns, so I'm with Craig. DM

TommyC
I would love to go listen to it all and find out for myself how it sounds!
Arkytype
Colin, That Eminent Technology sub-sub woofer ain't no fan---it's a rotary gas accellerator! If it comes with an ice crusher attachment, I'll take two. There's another mechanically driven woofer that was introduced a few years ago. I think it was a woofer cone driven from the rear by a linear motor. No magnet or voice coil--just a box-mounted cone which could put out square waves. pauln
I'm relieved that I'm not alone - my impression going through the pictures was "dumb and dumber...". In my gut I feel that my SETs and LaScalas have this stuff outclassed with superior sounding music. Paul
Duke Spinner
i can Never understand ..... why people are obsessed with the idea of trying to make 6.5" woofers .. do the job of a 15" read the Law's of Physic's, Dudes it ain't Never gonna happen...................[:|]
Audible Nectar
"I am really TIRED of the tall-and-skinny speakers. They have to SUCK - it's physics." No kidding! Every time I am asked why my speakers are "SO BIG", I always fall back on good ol' science. After one hears my speakers after asking such questions, I tell them that if they can find that good or better sound in a smaller package, to be sure to let me know. I have yet to receive any replies on the matter.
