Well, I went to Home Depot and looked at the Ridgid bandsaw, got opinions from others at http://www.forums.woodnet.net/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?Cat= and I just didn't feel as thought the ridgid bandsaw was all that well built. I usually go in and just drool n cry, knowing I'd have the ship whatever I bought. I do however get the annual catalog. Yeah I wish I had room to house an 18 incher in my garage, I am unfortunately burdened with the typical So CAL 2 car garage. You know linen closets are usually bigger.
