Moderators Amy Posted April 18, 2006 Moderators Posted April 18, 2006 I'm seeking help from any AOL users who had trouble logging into the forum after the most recent upgrade.... What were the problems you had, and how did they get resolved? I'm trying to help a forum member come back to us, and we don't have AOL here to test.... Thank you!! Quote
LarryC Posted April 18, 2006 Posted April 18, 2006 I have AOL and did not have trouble logging back into the forum. I had problems posting pics for a while, which seemed to improve after I downloaded a Javascript tool on someone's suggestion. Larry Quote
oldbuckster Posted April 18, 2006 Posted April 18, 2006 Had an awful time, I use AOL, kept getting server down fault, and when I did get on, I couldn't log on. E-mailed you guys, sent me new password, and has been ok ever since. Quote

Doc Robin Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 After cleaning the cookies it would not let me sign in. Changed the password and still could not sign in. E-mailed Amy and she changed the password again. No problems after that on the laptop; I have not tried it on the desktop at home yet. Bill Quote
oldtimer Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 Last Saturday (April 15th) I could not log on from my in-laws on aol. It had worked before that after the upgrade, after clearing temp files and cookies. At the time I chalked it up to a temporary glitch. I'll try again tomorrow or Friday. Quote
