marems
This coming Saturday I'm the DJ for a cancer benifit dinner. I'm bringing my Acurus pre, Pioneer DV45-A, (for some SACD&DVD-A) & the Adcom GFA7700, and ether the KLF-30's or the 20's depending on how big the place is. Also going to bi-wire! Should be really fun to give them the Klipsch sound!

Flason
Luther Alison lost his fight with cancer too. Play "The Little Red Rooster" and they will all be on their feet. Good luck with the gig.
marems
Well I finally got my computer back! It took a hard crash on me so I wasn't able to get back untill now,,, But anyways The cancer benifit dinner went really good lots of items auctioned off, even fishing and hunting trips to alaska and canada! On the DJ side it went really smoothly! I was set up out side and was rocking the place. People had lawn chairs set up facing my system. Even had some of the ladies dancing on the picnic tables at times! Really fun! Had some people wanting me to DJ some parties in the future, which I will do! ( Time to get into some Klipsch professional gear!) Speaking of which does any one have any experence with the professional gear? Like crown amps, and the KPT-884? Don't really know what to get as far as the monitors the KI-362's are not made any more. Any sugjestions? Thanks,
colterphoto1
The 362's are interesting, basically a pro Cornwall in trapezoid cabinet, but there are ports in the BACK. I suggest getting some 301's which are pro Cornwalls, I love my LSI's but they might be too heavy and bulky to lug around much. There is always the option of two Heresies on a stick mounted on top of 684 bass bins. I think that is what Trey uses. Whatever you do, biamp and you'll protect your horns and get much clearer sound. marems
Thanks Michael! I was also thinking of getting some KLF-10's and move the ports to the front. I just need something thats going to rock and I don't have all that much to spend yet. Do you know the retail prices on the KPT 684's and the KPT 884's? Thanks again,
