I once posted a link on WOM (word of mouth) marketing and how it's all the buzz with corporations. Many are attempting to create communities, clubs, a following... whom in turn promote their products, effectively and free of charge, to friends and family. We are all Klipsch sales people.... Klipsch, I believe, stumbled into word of mouth marketing before most of all the other major players and somewhat by accident. I know Amy realises the importance of these forums to the corp... I wonder if the marketing dept realises it as well? I guess I was being too literal. Perhaps I'm edgy.[*-)] Yeah, my GF gets like that monthly... [] I don't think any of the comments were directed to you or Nathan... but rather to those allocating resources to maintain these pages.
