Also, if you were homeless, you would not worry about freezing to death. Not that Virginia isn't a nice place to be either, R.E. Lee thought it was worth fighting for. Had I been given a choice in say a Florida town with the "hotties" well then... I remember years ago the UNC-Greensboro's soccer team could compete with any 1-A school in the nation. In fact they were regularly ranked in the top 20, with the big boys. I asked one of the coaches once how he could recruit in Greensboro, NC at a small school. His reply was 6 women to 1 man.
