HudsonValleyNoah
Do you still have the Epic CF-3's and the KV-4? How did you like THEM?
scottwest
Yeah, still have the CF3's, and the center channel is a KLF-C7. Love them, however I am looking at the RF63's right now.
HudsonValleyNoah
I love the KLF C-7 but it has the "wrong" tweeter for your CF-3's. I have both the C-7 and the KV-4 and the tweeter voice is very different. I use my C-7 as a center for my Chorus mains because the C-7's tweeter (K-90-KV 1" Poly Comp) matches. The KV-4 tweeter (K-64-KN 2" Aluminum) matches your Epic CF-3's perfectly. Do you know that if you buy a K-90-KV that you could screw it right on the horn in your C-7? Or just buy a KV-4; the cost is about the same as a C-7... Noah
scottwest
Wow, thanks Noah! I assume you mean that if I buy the K-64 driver, it would screw onto the horn of the C-7 and match my CF's better. A KV-4 is hard to find. I love this forum! DoubleJ
Scott: What are the specs on the stand you are using for the C-7? I've been looking for ideas and yours is the first I've seen that may work in my situation. Thanks JJ
