limono
Hi I'd like to passively cross Klipschorn bass bins at around 200-250HZ (6dB ) and I don't have a signal generator at this moment.Does anybody know what driver (approximate )impedance should I use in calculation and how efficient would bass horn be in that range .(I use stock k33E driver and bins are factory made probably in 60's )Regards,L

Guest " "
This is from ALKeng.com "The true impedance of the K33 is about 6 Ohms in series with 1 mHy inductance"
ZAKO
Well John Warren used two JBL 10" 16 ohm mid speakers at 300hz Im sure you can push them down to 200hz and a 2404 for the tweeter at 5K that way you wont have to use a horn in the mid band. Which drivers did he use? How do you match efficiency, the 10" must be way below the tweeter and bass bin.
ZAKO
JBL 2012 10" two together on each side will give you about 105db or so Warren claims.

BEC
I bought them a couple of weeks ago. You pointed them out to me and I waited until they failed to sell on eBay then talked to the owner. I talked about them here: http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/thread/904861.aspx Bob Crites
