colterphoto1
That's right folks, the commercial KPT-KHJ-LF is a folded horn cabinet with 2x12" drivers that is now in the Pro Theater line up. It was originally conceived by Paul W. Klipsch as a successor to the mighty Klipschorn, hence it's name (carefully codified in the pro catalog number) - Klipschorn Jubilee I'm sure that there are some members who'd like to share their personal experiences with this speaker for others to read about. Heck, perhaps some of you Arkansas guys have stopped by Miss Valerie's house and seen or heard her original version. Michael
colterphoto1
Here's a diagram of what it's bass pathway looks like. Don't try this at home kids (although there have been some successes)
Arky
I've never had the pleasure of hearing Ms. Valerie's original but Mr. Roy did show me around his lab a few months back. The Jubilee is the best sounding speaker I have ever heard. Tight horn loaded bass, clarity & detailed. The guy's that own these could not have made a better choice. I hope to own soon myself. Roy hit a grand slam with the Jub.
jwc
The short of it.......... I have heard the Jubilee bass bin or clone at 4 locations. It "bests" the Heritage bass bins. I say this with respect to the fact that I'm a Heritage fan. jc

colterphoto1
Check the 2 channel Forum for important news. One of our Forum members just acquired the Klipschorn Jubilee system for use in his home theater system. Congratulations Bill! M
Coytee
To somewhat parahprase our Mr. Craig... Those Jubilees are the most 'decent' speakers I've ever heard! I don't miss my old Panasonic Thrusters for a moment...(sold them to Craig [] [bs] [] ) []
