Wrench722
I have a JBL DPS-10 and it needs a transformer. I have not been able to find one anywhere. The only thing on it is MCI Transformer Waterloo MCI-4472 98/44. It has 12 termals 6 on top and 6 on bottom on it but only use 3 on top and 2 on the bottom. Can anyone help me find one? Marvel
Have you tried emailing parts@harman.com?
Wrench722
No. But called JBL and got a part number of a part that they dont make anymore. Why would I email Harman?
BogusMalone
this place is supposed to be able to rewind / repair all types of transformers and is recommended by Roger Russell of Mcintosh fame. http://www.roger-russell.com/autran.htm

Marvel
Why would I email Harman? They own JBL and list some of the other parts for your sub on their support site. Just trying to help. Perhaps they could at leas tell you what the connections are, ratings of the windings, etc.
Wrench722
Thanks I did not know that Harman owns JBL. Thank you.

Marvel
If JBL says thay don't have them, that may be it... but they should at least tell you what all the specs are on it. They will have a tech/service manual for it somewhere. Good luck. Are you sure that is what you need for it?
