Guest srobak Posted June 10, 2008 Share Posted June 10, 2008 Klipsch's IT folks probably didn't write the forum software - so cracking the whip at them won't help too much. Now, if Klipsch PAID $$$$$ for the software, then "waiting for the next release" just isn't acceptable. I have had 2 vendors try that with me in the past, and when I asked for an interim patch and was told no - I dropped their product/service.
