kg4guy
Are you going to use the same drivers and horns? This set I am going with the same but they are for someone else but I will be looking to build a pair of teak plys and will go with some other drivers however I would like them to fit in the cabinet without making it larger on the top so I guess I am limited . Erik Mandaville
You've really been working on these! I think the contrast in the careful trim placement on these looks really good. Very nice job, Erik

Erik Mandaville
The dowel pegs give them very much of a fine-wood-work sort of finish. So. Two pair of La Scalas in such a short time -- pretty incredible. It's amazing to see what someone can do when the will is there to do it. There are some very ambitious and talented builders on this forum.

kg4guy
Went with the PH -800 horn from Martin Sound it is smaller by a inch or so than the K-400 on the mouth .ALK said that with his Universal crossover the 400 hz crossover is so gradual because it is a first oder it does not matter the horns will crossover wherever they happen to naturally and there is so much overlap it is virtually impossible to say where the accoustic crossover actually is only in higher order networks can it be determined so I am going with his Universal crossover.I also added a wood strip on the point of the dog house without making any box volume changes.
