Scott Ingalls
I'm new to this site as of tonight. I would like to find out what the information on the back of my speakers means.. I have a pair of khorns with the serial #'s 8P757 & 8P758... KB-WO.... I've been told that the WO stands for Walnut Oiled which they are..I don't know what the KB stands for, but I was told the First 8 means 1978...will someone explain this all for me. Groomlakearea51
Welcome to the Forum. This link" http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/p/103886/1048788.aspx#1048788 is a fairly detailed examination of the coding, driver types, finishes, etc. There is also a pdf that you can open/download and print for reference to other Heritage speakers that you might run across or aquire. Hope that is of some assistance.
