You could have just bought a pair of Klipsch powered Bluetooth speakers and been done with it. No other electronics.

I am using an C2500 tube pre and MC2100 s/s amp on my '73 cornwalls. Sounds like 100% tubes but with tighter bass.
-
I love the sound of tube pre with s/s amp. Have 3 systems setup that way. With the right s/s amp this can be an excellent combination.

@mark1101 Mark, these drivers are what I got from you.
I believe the driver is actually an Eminence PSD:2002S
https://eminence.com/collections/1-high-frequency/products/psd_2002s_8
They rate it to 20k, but look at the dropoff in the graph.
I have a pair of the klipsch drivers and they don't lack for high end. They have titanium diaphragms
I remember. Those were some hefty drivers. I thought the horns were pretty rare as well being screw on.

While weed is still illegal in Georgia it seems the Hemp producers are making huge headway with all that has been mentioned here, Delta-8 gummies and sprayed hemp buds. But now they are starting to sell the Delta-9 and Delta-10 gummies. Not sure how they get away with 10Gram Delta-9s in Georgia. but they are doing it. I see them at the gas station.

I just keep running all the tubes. In fact summer is when I use my VRDS and HH Scott LK-72 most. They make some heat. But the HVAC takes care of all that. Plus, the basement is a cooling place.

Wow, this is incredible that you were able to figure this out and build it. I would love to hear how it works on the #1 Khorn someday. Congrats on a very special project. 👍
I actually got to see and touch this work of art at the PWK B'day bash in the museum. One awesome unit.

Yes. Sorry nothing to post.

Well I went to the PWK B'day bash but have never been to a pilgrimmage. The bash was spread out and involved listening sessions at the factory in Roy's lab with the new Jubilees, museum tours across the street from the factory, "open" listening sessions on Friday and Saturday with several systems setup in the constantly improving Klipsch visitors center (soon to have an outdoor concert facility), concerts in the Klipsch theater at City Hall on Friday and Saturday nights with plenty of food. There were auctions for pieces of art on Friday and for a pair Khorns on Saturday.
The Klipsch visitors center had systems setup with 1950s Khorns (w/ vintage tubes), 1980s Khorns (McIntosh MA-352) , Cornwall 4s, Heresy 4s, McClaren 905s (Mcintosh C22 /MC275), and underground Jubs were there but not setup yet. These were all setup in different rooms in case you haven't been there. This is a very BIG house next door to where Bill Clinton was born.
I was there in October 2021 and I can say that Klipsch is really moving forward with developing and continually improving these facilities and opening them to the public. Highly recommended to attend events at these facilities as they are announced. I already can't wait to go back.
Finally, with Klipsch it's also the people. Not only the nicest people, but smart folks driven to constantly improve the customer experience and promote the life and accomplishments of PWK.

I don't know the answers but I listened to them for quite a while at the PWK birthday blast and they sound really good. They are currently setup in the Klipsch visitors center in Hope with some nice McIntosh tube equipment. People were playing from their phones with bluetooth and those speakers handled several different types of music very well.

Happy B'day Mr. Klipsch.

Have jury duty this week. So far excused Monday/Tuesday. As long as I'm excused Thurs and Fri I will get last minute flight/room/car and should be there. Somebody please save me a seat in lab listening room late Friday. Have to hear those Jubs again.

I have a home built set of ES-500s I'd sell for $500. They are just 2 way and no ES5800 boards. All matchd sets of Auricaps above 500Hz.

I have 2 on order since last April. Maybe this Xmas if I'm lucky. Ha.

3 way passive crossover for Jubilee
in Klipsch Pro Audio

I may be wrong but it looked like the cinema 3-way PC board version. If this is what it is then it was probably designed for behind the screen.
On my 3-way underground Jubs I have the 2-way passive PC board version for just the 402/510 and that is what it is. I never used it so I don't know how it sounds.
