I suggest that you try Xandros. IMO its the closest thing to Windows XP. You can run Office 2000 and Windows ME inside the Xandros Window. Still has a ways to go but the best version by far!!!!

Yep, had dsl for about 2.5 years switched to cable about 2 months ago and love it. Don't know how I could live without it. Now downloading at an average of 325 kb/sec.

depends on room size and speaker location. the synergy speakers are efficient enough small amount of power will push them. try playing with the toe in and out of the main speakers to get maximum effect. ever looked at the rf-3s a good sounding speaker for the same price. and it is a step up!!!!

you said you want loud and will it damage the speaker? answer is NO. your ears will get damaged before your speakers will. welcome to the forum!!!!!!

i have not listened to these, but my dad has a pair of RP-5s. Its a RB-5 with a powered ksw-12 on it. Its awesome for the space it takes up without the use of a boxed sub, but the downfall is that there is no versatility with the sub its attached. Can't fix it in a corner. He pushes them with a Sony -333ES reciever and they sound nice. The RP-3s cant be too far behind with 10" subs.
