  1. Have you tried a massuse? I haven't suffered from back spasms, but for a while my back muscles were strained and knotted. I mean migraine causing knotted. I went and had a massage and could not believe the difference. Since then I've bought a hot tub. Now when ever I'm in need of some deep tissue therapy...I turn off the jets in the other seats, kick both pumps on high and hang on. The first time I did that I thought it was going to rip my skin off. Any of your friends or neighbors have a hot tub? Maybe demo a unit at your local dealer. You can get your doctor to write you a script and then you won't have to pay sales tax. Try a massage, if it works then go buy a tub...it'll pay for itself in less than 100 uses. Hopefully it'll work for you. GOOD LUCK!
  2. I hang...literally. I have a herinated disk w/free floating fragments and short of going under the knife it's the only thing that works. Takes a few days... but it does work. I've tried all the above, drugs, doctors, accupuncture etc. and hanging is the only thing that's helped. Often you can hear your back popping as the disks decompress and separate. This removes the load and thus the pressure off the spine. I paid about $160 for my "inversion table" and have seen them at Sams Club for about the same. Another benefit, once your back is feeling better, is you can do some killer crunches. I often strain my neck and shoulders when crunching on the floor. Doesn't happen when I hang, and they're about ten times harder to do. For the cost of fewer than ten trips to the Chiro you can own one. If it turns out it's not for you put an ad in the classifieds, someone will buy it. Check it out. here's one http://cgi.ebay.com/Quality-Inversion-Table-Stress-Release-Relief-FREE-SHIP_W0QQitemZ7210818914QQcategoryZ44085QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  3. WARNING!!! Don't give young kids markers for Christmas
  4. Check this 6 week program out... http://www.bodyforlife.com/success/beforeAfterAfters.asp
  5. What you may want to do to some relatives that over stay their welcome during the holidays.
  6. I think what sets the other saw guide apart is the saw rides the guide track w/o any deviation and you put the guide on top of your cut line w/o any offset. Supposedly it also prevents splinters...which if true would be great when cutting veneered wood or wood to be veneered. Another plus, shared with most saw guides, would be you move the saw and not the sheet goods. I have a table saw, but find the fence to be a POS and I'm too cheap to buy a fence that cost more than the saw! It's always a losing battle for me to try to keep the sheet moving straight or finding the fence is no longer square.
  7. Any of you ever see or use this saw guide? http://www.eurekazone.com/products/detail/sgs.html Looks like in one of the photo's you can cut odd angles by additional clamping
  8. Gives the true meaning of "pinching a loaf"...
  9. I have to ask this question since I was looking at Bob Crites K-33's on eBay. Given that pre 85' K-33's have a Fs of 26hz would they be a good alternative candidate for the K-43 even though the K-43 has a lower QTS. I've read multible times in the past the k-43 doesn't sound as nice as the newer k-33, but on the plus side it will go lower. If one could split the difference would an old school k-33 do it? I assume the trade off will be the lower end db output , but how much? Any other pro's or con's? Thanks
  10. Thanks Travis, I'm using FireFox, soon to be Fired Fox as I may switch back to IE. More than once now I've received an error stating my security settings won't allow using cut and paste among other things. I don't know if it's MO'zilla or Zonealarm, but do know I don't have the time to #$%^&* with it! In either case I don't want to unclick the SSL 2.0 or 3.0 security settings and later be sorry. Speaking of Zonealarm...I wish I'd stuck with their free version. Using their "suite" slows/blocks the crap out of everthing. Even after adjusting the settings to it still hangs them up. For instance on the Forum I may have to reload a page three times to D/L the entire page. A real PITA. Anyone else using ZA?
  11. The question is whether that's where their crescent rolls come from... Speaking of questions, how do you provide a direct link? I have tried inserting, pasting, create a link etc. and nothing works! Thanks
  12. What did the little doughboy do to deserve this? Poor little fella... You'll have to click on the "doughboy accident" since I can't attach it here http://www.mornings95.com/
  13. Cancel my last....I think I found the schematic for the Super AA. Dean are you driving two K 33's? Thanks TC
  14. 6Moons ehh? I thought one Moon around here was enough! Jusst kidding Moon. I didn't know you had clones. You would think this company, as proud as they are of their drivers, would post some plots or charts. Maybe I missed them.
  15. Maybe it's me, and I can't afford the "luxurious material that disregards the profit" http://cgi.ebay.com/Pair-GOTO-UNIT-SG-555TT_W0QQitemZ5837960710QQcategoryZ73372QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  16. I swear they double in price each time I see a pair[:^)] http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=5834115113&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT
  17. Here she is "LIVE" on video. Looks a lot different than the photo's. Sorry I can't do a direct link. Go here http://www.local6.com/mostpopular/index.html and then click on the video "woman auction self, with house" Upon hearing her speak, I think she really is a natural blond...
  18. Maybe this time.... Something for everybody!
  19. Well one full moon deserves another... http://www.extremepumpkins.com/noprizforthi.html http://www.extremepumpkins.com/mooningpumpkin.html http://www.extremepumpkins.com/pumpkinphotos.html
  20. I thought I'd posted that vomit comet, throne worshipping gourd...don't know where it went. I did find a Pumpkin Bikini outfit for those of you looking for odd things...rather cute, though I can't remember the year it was entered. I'm afraid you'll just have to endure all the other non pumpkin outfits until you find it.[] It might have been in the 2003 video clip. I kinda like the 2004 beer keg and taps myself! Now SHE's a barmaid! LOL!! Hogsbreath Saloon in Key West hosted the event. http://hogsbreath.com/bikini.htm For some reason I get a flashback of the milkmaids in Clockwork Orange. Rather strange... Don't know if hurricane Wilma is going to wipe out this years events or not. http://www.fantasyfest.net/slideshow/FF_02/index.htm
  21. I'm not looking to sell. Actually I'm quite happy with them. I just can't get over the price they're fetching. Another pair recently went for over $500 as well. It's kind of like this trackball I use. I paid about $25 new and they've been out of production for years now. Here one just went for $90 http://cgi.ebay.com/Like-New-Logitech-TrackMan-Marble-FX-Trackball_W0QQitemZ5812630340QQcategoryZ11193QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem go figure...
  22. but I didn't pay anywhere near this price. Just blows me away... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=5815328452&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT
